Building Surveyor – Pubs/Commercial property – South London – *Working from home*

Cobalt Recruitment has the pleasure of working with an established Estate agency services firm who are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their growing team.

The position will see you carrying out dilapidation’s and condition surveyors on mainly pubs and commercial properties throughout the South of London. They are looking for an individual who happy to work from home and assist in delivering a quality service to their clients.

Salary & Benefits

  • £40,000 – £47,000 + Commission (on target earnings around £10,000-£15,000) + £4,500 car allowance or company car
  • Healthcare
  • Work autonomously from home
  • 30 days holiday + bank holidays

Requirements

  • MRICS or MCIOB
  • Experience of dilapidation’s and schedules
  • Ability to works autonomously and manage your own schedule
  • Ideally based in South London or Kent
  • Willing to travel
  • Previous experience in building surveys/dilapidation’s on pubs/commercial property is highly advantageous
