We are currently assisting our client, a global real estate consultancy firm, to recruit for a Senior Retail Leasing Executive to be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all lease documentation and tenant management.
- Monitor rental payments by tenants and to initiate necessary action to recover any arrears.
- Conduct marketing sales calls / site viewings and presentations.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of retail leasing experience
- Candidate with CEA license preferred
- Strong communications skills
