Commercial Property Management Surveyor
A global Real Estate Consultancy is looking for experienced Property Managers to join the investment arm of their business in the City.
Salary from £48,000 to £65,000 plus a car allowance of £4,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of service charge budgets, reconciliations and collection of rent.
- Dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Liaising with clients, tenants and landlords.
- Providing strategic advice to potential acquisitions or disposals.
Requirements:
- MRICS qualified preferable.
- Property management experience essential.
