System Developer – Yardi Voyager

Our Client is one of the world’s largest asset management companies, with over £200 billion in global assets under management. With a fresh focus towards their real estate division, the company has received approval for exciting new upgrade and development projects within the business; as a result we are seeking a System Developer who is experienced with the Yardi Voyager platform or a similar Real Estate System.

Reporting directly to the Systems Owner this is a highly technical and specialised role in a prestigious business who have market leading reputation for quality and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work with the real estate teams and systems owner to analyse, document and develop solutions focusing on the Yardi Voyager platform.
  • Working with a small team of Business Analysts and offshore support teams to enhance and develop the core Yardi system.
  • You will be required to collaborate with business leads and take part of the ongoing reporting process to help resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Conducting analysis and development custom reports on multiple Real Estate reporting platforms.
  • You will support operational readiness activities and project status reporting by identifying, analysing and documenting information and business requirements.

Key Person Specifications:

  • The successful candidate will have a background in Real Estate and possess knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar property management systems.
  • A strong technical proficiency is essential for this role, specifically SQL and user interface interaction.
  • Experience with Argus Enterprise or Qlik products is desirable.
  • You must be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline.
  • Advanced knowledge of reports such as SSRS, YSL and YSR would be advantageous.
  • You must have the ability to deal with stakeholders and from office staff in relation to negotiating technical solutions.
