Team Assistant

£20,000 – £25,000

North London

My client, an established and successful property inventory company, is looking for an Administrator/Team Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.

This role will be key in managing the team’s workload and assisting the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of all the administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Taking bookings and managing the inventory clerks’ schedules
  • Booking in inspections
  • Assisting the clerks with their reports, inventories and check in/out documents
  • Sending reports to clients
  • Invoicing
  • Liaising with contractors and clients
  • Working closely with the office manager and assisting in management duties

The ideal candidate

  • Accurate
  • Personable and well presented
  • Trustworthy
  • Strong communicator
  • Comfortable working on tablets
  • A good typing speed (60wpm ideally)
