A global software provider with its UK in Milton Keynes is looking to hire an individual to act as a Technical Account Manager for key clients.
The appointed person will come from a finance/ accountancy background and have a real aptitude for technology.
To give you a snapshot of the day-to-day, here’s a selection of responsibilities:
- Prioritisation of queries
- Management of a resolution plan for queries
- Advising clients on the status of queries, and escalating where needed.
