A rare and exciting opportunity has become available within one of the largest landlords in the UK to join their Technology Division as a Technical Business Analyst. Our Client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join an existing team in the Business Systems and Solutions area. This role will report into the Application Architect and be required to examine existing system applications and integrations and the associated business models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for analysing and documenting detailed low-level system and integration requirements with precision and accuracy.
  • You will be required to produce specifications for new technology solutions, the modification, enhancement, or adaptation of existing systems and integrate new features or improvements, all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity.
  • Conducting technical requirements analysis and planning & documentation associating with the decommissioning of legacy systems.
  • Assess the suitability of systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaise with end users and stakeholders to achieve these outcomes.
  • Driving out business, functional and non-functional requirements, documenting solution designs and application/product roadmaps.

Key Person Specifications:

  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience and knowledge of software development and architectural solutions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SQL Server technologies; TSQL, SSIS and SSRS
  • Strong communication skills and producing high quality documentation are essential, as is attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • A clear demonstrable career path from property or real estate, to business analysis with systems knowledge and be able to manage stakeholders at Exec and Senior Management level.
  • Educated to degree level (bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, BCS Business Analysis Diploma or relevant field) or equivalent work experience.
