Temporary Facilities Coordinator

£24,000-£25,000 p/a

West London

My client, a commercial property agent with a large presence in the real estate sector, is looking for a temporary Facilities Coordinator to join their team in the west end on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a property/facilities/health&safety background to gain experience with an industry leading company.

Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for any facility and property related query
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure the timely provision of service
  • Coordinating, monitoring and tracking maintenance works
  • Monitoring the team mailbox and phone line
  • Carrying out office inspections and logging any issues
  • Ensuring records are up to date and stored/on the database
  • Checking invoices and delivery notes, gaining authorisation and making payments
  • General team administration duties
