Valuation Surveyor – Cambridge

Salary from £35,000 to £50,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.

A leading UK property consultancy, are currently looking for a Valuation Surveyor to join their Valuation & Consultancy Team in Cambridge. The successful individual should have demonstrable valuation experience and MRICS is desirable.

The Role

  • Provide strategic property and valuation advice to a range of charity and public sector clients.
  • Regularly undertaking ‘Red Book’ valuations of residential and commercial assets in compliance with RICS regulations for a range of major banks, local authorities and corporate sector clients.
  • Providing Consultancy and Estate management services.

The Person

  • A professional outlook with regard to appearance, behaviour and attitude.
  • Enthusiasm and drive with a desire to broaden knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in commercial valuations for secured lending and other purposes.
  • Knowledge of Standard valuation packages including, Argus Investor and developer.
