Our client is an international developer spearheading a landmark development/precinct. The proposed development is expected to be completed in phases and will be a multi-generation endeavour that will bring together nature, architecture, masterplanning, sustainability and engineering expertise.
In this role you will lead the architectural disciplines during the planning, designing, coordination and development stages. This is a senior strategic hire with the primary function will be design management to oversee the design efforts along with the various internal and external stakeholders and ensure that the project is delivered as per the vision and masterplan. In addition you will present the design, progress and planning reports to the senior directors of the organisation together with external stakeholders.
As a leader of the design team you will nurture and inspire your team to ensure that the energy and motivation is kept high during the multiple phases of the project.
With a Bachelor Degree in Architecture you will have the relevant experience in design consultancy and local authority submissions together with design management expertise gained from a good track record of delivering large scale commercial projects from an owner/developers perspective.
