Our client is an international developer spearheading a landmark development. The proposed development is expected to be completed in phases.
In this role you will lead your team of specialists on all the infrastructure and engineering related aspects of this development:
- Responsible for project management related to Infrastructure projects including but not limited to transportation infrastructure, roads, bridges, wastewater treatment plants/pipes, service diversion/installation works.
- Responsible for all engineering aspects (M&E and C&S) including transport & capacity planning. In addition, services related items such as security and real time information push must also be coordinated into the design.
The scope covered would be for the full range of works required to successfully complete the project from design, environmental, health and safety, regulatory, specialist works, building, equipment, fit out, interior works, operational equip, furniture and IT.
You will manage and direct external consultants, specialists, contractors, vendors, planners, authorities, operators and any other related persons/firms in support of engineering work.
As a team leader, you are articulate and regularly present your plans to the senior management team and stakeholders.
With a Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, you will have strong past experiences in all aspects of engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical) for large-scale infrastructure development projects in Singapore which are more than SGD 300 million.
