Cobalt is working with a well known and respected Property Developer across Asia who is extremely busy in the region and looking for a senior level Project Management candidate to join them in Singapore.
This VP level Project Manager will have to manage multiple highrise projects across the region and be able to manage senior level stakeholders both internally, JV partners and externally. With a relevant degree, ideally Civil & Structural, you will have at least 10 years experience with strong technical knowledge and experience as well as experience with the developer handling large scale high rise projects from start to finish.
You will have experience handling projects in Asia and ideally, have experience in handling regional projects. You will be able to influence senior level stakeholders and provide your expert guidance to complete these major landmark projects.
