Yardi Voyager Support Analyst

Our Client, a Global Real Estate fund management company is looking for a Yardi Voyager Support Analyst to join their Business Solutions team. The role will involve providing support to the Yardi platform globally across the UK, EMEA and APAC regions.

The key to this role will be ensuring that any system changes for the Yardi Voyager system implementation across the multi-jurisdictions are consistently integrated within a global context and wider operational platform within a highly governed and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for designing and delivering financial accounting and property management change requests to the Yardi Voyager platform.
  • You will also work closely with strategic global business partners, regional operational teams, change programme resources and other key stakeholders
  • Provide on-call, out of hours support and additionally provide occasional on-call/on-site weekend support on a rotation basis (typically 1-2 times a month).
  • Maintain an understanding of regional system differences, assess options for ensuring the consistency of design approach and execution.
  • Work within wider organisational/project plans, meeting business and project timescales within budget and to the agreed level of quality.

Key Person Specifications:

  • The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of Yardi Voyager and demonstrable experience working with the Yardi Investment Management and Property Management modules.
  • You will have a good understanding of real estate fund accounting at various levels in a fund structure.
  • Strong background and experience in financial services or investment management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • You will hold a distinct advantage if you possess previous experience of large-scale system implementations, ideally multi-jurisdiction implementations.
  • Experience of SQL and reporting (via SSRS, SSIS and YSR) desirable.
