Our client, a major global consultancy is in the market for a real estate analyst to support their client on delivering financial analysis on various assets within a commercial portfolio and financial analysis on the portfolio and opportunities.
This position would be best suited to a candidate with a sound understanding and experience in real estate and also financial management experience.
This role is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, taking ownership and responsibility for delivery on a very interesting portfolio and gain some European exposure. It is to start immediately and will run for an initial 6 month contract.
Skills/ Requirements:
- Financial analysis experience
- Financial modelling experience
- Commercial real estate exposure
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
- Experience working with and analysing project based financial data
