Part 2 Architectural Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a design led studio based in Clerkenwell. The practice is highly collaborative and like the team to be involved throughout the design process. They are currently working on high profile schemes across London which includes residential, education and mixed-use projects. A great opportunity to gain experience working from concept through completion in a creative environment.

Remuneration:

£27,000 – £35,000 + Package

(Dependant on experience)

Job Role;

The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team as well as able to work on an individual basis. You will have an opportunity to work on high profile schemes across London working from concept through to completion gaining experience across the RIBA stages. The studio offer great support towards your Part 3 qualification and good career development. You should have great design skills and technical ability as well as high attention to detail. Experience within large scale residential and mixed-use sectors would be a bonus. You should also have experience in Microstation and Revit.

Requirements:

  • Part 2 Qualified Architectural Assistant.
  • Experience in large scale residential, mixed-use or education schemes.
  • Professional experience of Microstation and/or Revit.
  • Experience of working within a team effectively and delivering tight deadlines on time and on budget.
  • Good design skills and technical ability.
  • Understanding of the UK building and planning regulations.
