About the Company:
This is a leading Kiwi Owned and Operated architectural practice with a global footprint. They are responsible for a large variety of multidisciplinary projects throughout New Zealand.
This practice has been in the market for over 20 years and won numerous awards. Due to the buoyant market and their project load, they are now looking for an Architectural Technician to join their team.
About the Role:As an Architectural Technician, you will be working alongside a Senior Architect on a variety of commercial & multi unit residential projects. Your duties will include:• Prepare documentation for building consent• Deal with Contractors, Consultants, and Council
• Make detailed drawings of building structures
About you:• You will have a B. Arch / M. Arch• 3+ years working experience in a New Zealand practice
• Strong knowledge in Revit
