Property Purchase Ledger
£25,000 – £30,000

I am currently working with a well established surveying practice specialising in commercial, retail and leisure real estate. With a focus on the London real estate market this company has clients all across the UK.

This business is seeking a experienced Purchase Ledger to join its established Accounts team.

Key responsibilities;

  • Ensure ledgers are up-to-date in time for bank reconciliations to be done
  • Resolve any outstanding queries that arise from bank reconciliation
  • Work with head of accounts to manage cash flow
  • Processing invoices and checking for discrepancies
  • Process authorised invoices for payment by BACS and CHAPS
  • Answering all supplier queries and maintaining good relationships
  • Deal with ad hoc queries from suppliers, colleagues and external managing agents
  • Undertake monthly supplier reconciliations
  • Assisting the team with bank reconciliations answering/directing general accounts queries to the relevant parties

Personal requirements;

  • Previous experience working in an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger position
  • Experience using property management systems such as Yardi, TRAMPS, Qube, Propman etc.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Persistent and good communication skills
