Acquisitions Surveyor
Based Worcestershire
£40,000 – £50,000 plus benefits
Our client has a proven track record in the delivery of health care and residential schemes across the UK. The Development team is seeking a capable Acquisitions Surveyor. The appointed candidate will assist with the identification of suitable sites for residential care-home/primary care schemes. In joining this team, you will be responsible for negotiating the acquisition for land and property for development projects, taking ownership of the schemes through to practical completion.
It’s envisaged that the appointed candidate will have a proven track record in acquisitions, able to operate in a time pressured environment with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Experience of the elderly care home/health care sectors would be advantageous.
