Analyst (Client side)
Our client, one of the leading Investment Funds, is seeking an analyst to join their dynamic team involved in commercial real estate. They have a pan European portfolio focusing on mixed use assets. They are looking for a critical, dynamic thinker to join the small team.
Key responsibilities:
- Investment analysis
- Tracking ongoing pipeline deal flow and other internal processes;
- Preparing investment memos
- Drafting term sheets
- Looking at Acquisitions, Asset Management and getting involved with others aspects of the business
Qualifications include:
- Financial modelling expertise along a diverse range of assets and deal structures;
- Strong writing and communication skills with investment presentation experience;
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- A strong academic record;
- Ability to work well in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
