An APC Surveyor is required to join a niche retail outfit within a Landlord & Tenant capacity, covering the national supermarket, shopping centre, and high street markets.
You will be responsible for advising clients, including leading Funds, on strategic rent review activities designed to maximise value. You will also be eligible to enrol and complete your APC. This is a structured environment where you will receive excellent knowledge and exposure to the retail space
The successful candidate will ideally be part-qualified, or potentially fully qualified, and have an existing knowledge of L&T and professional services.
