A prestigious global hospitality is seeking a Asset Manager to manage its portfolio of assets. The successful individual will be responsible for the supervision of third party asset managers whilst also handling strategic value add initiatives in relation to the portfolio.
You must have concentrated 3 to 5 years of asset management experience focusing on hotels, or familiarity with a comparable student accommodation, PRS/alternative investment asset class to be a suitable option for this position. You must also have demonstrable analytical experience underwriting for the aforementioned asset classes.
