Our client, a dynamic, leading investment management platform, is seeking an Analyst to work in its UK team. The position will be reporting to two Managing Directors, providing the opportunity to learn from senior team members. The position will predominately support the investment team but will also have some asset management content.
The role:
Key role responsibilities will include:
- Wide range of financial analyses
- Supporting underwriting and due diligence for specific real estate acquisitions and sales
- Building, operating, maintaining and reviewing a wide variety of financial models
- Preparing nvestment Committee Memos and other materials
- General support of senior team members in decision-making and execution of various investment strategies
- Taking delegated responsibility for a variety of investment management functions
- Assisting in the analysis and dissemination of internal and external research knowledge
- Performance analysis and reporting
- Forecasting for existing assets under management
- Working on and supporting the full acquisition process
- Supporting, when required, the asset management team on initiatives and performance monitoring
Candidate Attributes:
- University degree from high-calibre institution, preferably in a subject area demanding high analytical aptitude. Undergraduate or subsequent study emphasis on real estate/private equity/investment and/or finance/economics is not required, but would be beneficial
- Experience or internships in real estate investment/real estate finance/private equity
- Highly numerate with a strong skillset in representing the concepts of real estate investment accurately and efficiently in Excel form
- Good understanding of the conceptual framework of real estate investment
- Knowledge of UK market from either internships or work to date
- Familiarity with Argus software
- Excellent communication skills with confident fluency in written and spoken English

Package
- Salary will be at market level and dependent on the specific experience and skill set of candidate.
