A top pan European investment firm is seeking an Asset & Project Manager to focus on increasing the value of their assets – where you will be identifying, implementing and coordinating improvement works for office, retail, residential and industrial assets.

  • You will work with Asset Managers in leading all aspects of property management and development works, including undertaking additions and enhancing initiatives for existing assets, managing and overseeing the performance of service providers, supervising arrears management processes, planning and controlling operating expenses and identifying and planning improvement works across different sector classes ranging from commercial, retail, residential and industrial projects.
  • You will also be required to manage tenant’s requests in a timely manner. In addition, you will conceptualise development design requirements and formulate design briefs to ensure that these are aligned with the Company’s development strategy.
  • Your major responsibilities include managing the development of design concept/options for the developments. You will manage the design consultants and liaise with all relevant authorities for approval of projects, managing tender and award processes, as well as construction and contract administration.
  • You will be the single point of accountability for the management of the development process from inception through to completion. You will also be required to ensure the completions of projects are within budget, schedule and expected quality and comply with the regulatory requirements and corporate governance.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable commercial asset management experience, and also be experienced in managing third parties on the project side.
