Job Title: Assistant Accountant

Salary: £30,000- £35,000

Location: Central London

Our client is one of Europe’s largest owner and operators of logistical properties across Europe. They are looking to add to their existing team with the hiring of an additional Assistant Accountant.

The role will provide an ambitious candidate with a great opportunity to progress and develop within a top tier company, and also gain great exposure to a broad range of accountancy functions

The role will involve but not be limited to:

  • Reviewing of expenses.
  • Quarterly invoicing of asset management and consultancy fees and managing collection of these.
  • Support with managing invoice approvals and expenses for other asset management companies.
  • Preparation of the annual financial statements.
  • Collating the invoice batch and obtaining the appropriate approvals.
  • Preparing bank payments and coordinating approvals.
  • Preparation of corporation tax & VAT returns.
  • Management of the monthly payroll

The Successful candidate will be:

  • A part qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
  • Have relevant previous experience of elements of the above
  • Experience within Property or real estate
