Assistant Planner, Planner & Senior Planner

York

An independent planning consultancy in York is looking to strengthen its team with the addition of an Assistant Planner, Planner and Senior Planner to support on an array of exciting projects across the region.

In this role, you will become an integral member of the team based in York, handling a variety of planning applications including residential, commercial, renewable energy and mixed use. Your main focus will be within the residential sector, preparing and managing planning applications on behalf of my client’ sister company, a well renowned strategic land operator. Following a number of new instructions, the team looks to grow and with that you will be given continued support and the platform to progress.

The ideal Assistant Planner and Planner will either be on the APC pathway or have relevant Town Planning work experience within a consultancy or local authority. As a Senior Planner within the business you will be expected to be MRTPI qualified however both public and private sector experience will be given full consideration; as an employee, you will receive a competitive basic salary along with a discretionary bonus and additional benefits.
