Property Manager

Central London

Salary bracket: £24,000-£30,000

An opportunity has arisen in London for an experienced Property Manager who is looking to join a very high-end boutique agency based in Mayfair.

This real estate investment and development firm are currently expanding their portfolio, and the successful candidate would be joining a team of property managers to deliver and maintain the highest level of customer service that is associated with this brand.

Along with handling the day to day responsibilities of the portfolio, your role would also include the following:

  • Reactive maintenance
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Ensuring properties are safety compliant
  • Carrying out check in’s and check out’s
  • Property inspections
  • Property refurbishments
  • Assistance with deposit releases and dilapidation’s at the end of the tenancy

This role requires a highly professional individual with strong communication skills who has the ability to build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships.
