The opportunity is available with a specialist regeneration and property developer. The client is looking for an individual to take responsibility for delivering timely and accurate management and financial information for high volume of projects.

The right candidate will give support to the Project Finance team to achieve an overall ambition of being the best developer in the industry. The role is suitable for someone that is enthusiastic and looking to set foot into a cutting edge real estate development firm.

Principal duties and responsibilities

Liaising with internal project teams and external auditors.
Working with internal real estate teams and assisting the project team to update and maintain cash flow models.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reporting for project companies.
Providing general accounting support to internal and external customers.

Person specifications

Part qualified accountant from a real estate background in industry or public practice.
Experience of producing statuary financial statements
Experience with QUBE and Caseware is useful
Experience of working with teams outside of finance
