An exciting new leadership role with one of Singapore’s leading real estate investment managers!

Our client is a highly regarded, Asian Real Estate investment business with offices in SE Asia and China. Due to increased growth in 2017 they are looking to hire a commercially minded, Director of RE Investment to lead on all their residential and commercial acquisitions and divestments across Asia whilst overseeing a wider team of analysts and investment managers. Responsibilities include:

  • Knowledge/experience of the Singapore, Chinese, Korean Australia or Japanese market is essential
  • Sourcing / originating, review & negotiation of acquisition opportunities
  • Analyse investment opportunities (qualitative and quantitative perspective to satisfy investment objectives)
  • Transaction management of disposals and acquisitions
  • Experience of working across international boundaries and with multiple stake-holder
  • Advanced financial analysis skills
