A market leading consultancy, currently seeks an Associate Asset Manager to join the Head Office in London. The successful individual will manage two mixed use prime central London portfolios, predominantly office and retail, on behalf of a key client and be responsible for undertaking all day to day asset management duties, as well as overseeing L&T matters, writing portfolio strategies, providing development advice and executing lease transactions where needed.
It is beneficial for applicants to have development and valuations experience, with exposure to leasing being of paramount importance. The successful individual must be MRICS qualified.
