Associate Capital Markets Research Analyst

Salary – £45,000 – £55,000

My client is a leading European property consultancy currently looking for an Associate to join their Commercial Research team to focus on Capital Markets. This is a key role within the business and the successful candidate will be reporting into the Head of Research to push forward this part of the capital markets services and reflect the remit of the research team.

Key tasks include;

  • Producing high quality research on a wide range of markets from an investment perspective, both for external publication and in support of the teams
  • Must have a good working knowledge of the relevant UK markets
  • Delivering thematic research and standard monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports
  • Undergoing presentations in the company of other members of the team to clients, individually, at seminars or at pitches
  • Skilled at sourcing, managing and interpreting data
  • Creating narratives to highlight implications for real estate occupiers, developers and investors
