Salary from £65,000 to £75,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.

A vertically-integrated pan-European real estate investment and asset manager focused on commercial real estate across Europe, currently seek an Associate to join the Investment Team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for appraising and underwriting investment opportunities, across the asset class spectrum, across Europe.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable deal experience in RE acquisitions/RE division of an investment bank/ modelling & valuation roles in CRE brokerage firms.
  • Solid work ethic, familiarity with deal-driven work environment.
  • Solid cash flow modelling skills/efficient use of Excel.
  • Demonstrated passion for RE investment.
  • Strong team player.
  • Flexible for travelling.
  • Mental agility, analytical mindset.
  • Well-presented, familiar with a variety of business cultures and comfortable doing business in an international setting, good communicator.
  • Languages: excellent spoken and written English – German / Spanish speakers preferred.
