Associate Planner
Berkshire

Our client is an established consultancy with an excellent reputation across the UK for delivering a variety of high-quality projects across numerous sectors.

The Associate Planner will become an integral member of this well established team and will be a key contact for existing clients as well as new clients they develop relationships with. Typical duties will include business development, preparing and submitting planning applications, responsibility for managing budgets and the coordination and management of project teams. Clients currently include house builders, private landowners, commercial businesses and major retailers.

The ideal Associate Planner will have gained extensive experience within the private sector and will be able and confident when it comes to business development. Chartered membership of the RTPI is essential and you will be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience of the development planning process and have experience of appeals, appearing at examinations and leading project teams.
