The opportunity is available with a leading real estate advisory-led business that accommodates the entire property life-cycle. The client offers advice and supports it through to delivery and after implementation.

The right candidate will able to coordinate the delivery of the financial reporting for large corporate clients, ensuring client expectations and deliverables are managed and met. The role is suitable for someone that is enthusiastic and looking to set foot into a cutting edge real estate advisory firm.

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Accountable for all finance team deliverables and KPIs, ensuring these are reported and met for both internal and external measurements
  • To attend and drive client meetings to include operational, governance and contract review discussions, whilst managing client expectations
  • Direct line management for two finance managers including one to ones, appraisals and team meetings
  • Maintaining and organising regular meetings with other business units that interact with Property Managements Accounts, building relationships and ensuring the communication flow is upheld

Person specifications

  • Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of IT knowledge including advanced knowledge of excel, ability to deal with and manipulate large quantities of data
