A prestigious Central London property company are looking for a Block Manager to join their growing team to run a prime portfolio of residential units. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Block Manager to join a company that are forwarding thinking in the super prime property management sector and financially extremely well backed.

In this role you’ll be working with a portfolio of around 300 units in Central London overseeing the day to day management of the portfolio, monitoring Service Charge budgets, attending and chairing AGM meetings and training new members of staff to company standards.

My client are looking for someone who prides themselves on service standards and building relationships with clients and leaseholders as they have had their portfolios for a number of years and have built up a strong and long lasting relationships which they would like to continue to grow.

Key Requirements:

  • IRPM qualified.
  • Strong Block Management background.
  • Assured in carrying out AGM meetings.
  • Previously overseen Section 20 works.
  • Confident in dealing with service charge budgets.
  • Exceptional service standards.

The salary provided for this role is up to £42,000 + benefits

Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 with some out of hours work.
