Cobalt Recruitment are working with a leading Facilities Management Service provider who are actively seeking a FM Premises Manager in Northwood.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Unlocking and securing the building and areas.
- Undertaking regular security checks and identifying security risks
- To control and delegate PPM tasks
- Ensuring the company is compliant with all aspects of the Health and Safety at Work Act and to provide assistance on health and safety matters
- Managing the CCTV equipment and policy compliance
The successful candidate will have a proactive and flexible approach to their work. Having previous caretaking, cleaning and site-keeping experience in the education sector will be beneficial. The role will entail 40 hours per week/ 8 hours per day, shift working required (7am to 4pm and 12.30pm to 8.30pm).
