Business Development Administrator (12-month maternity cover)

£18,500

Flexible working hours (9:30-3pm or 9-5.30pm, etc)

Our client is one of the UK’s leading independent residential property management companies. They are now seeking an Administrator to support the Business Development team in their Richmond office. The role will primarily encompass providing full online administration support and you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and content demands of online portals, as well as carrying out administration tasks linked to our internal systems.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Regular administration of online PIN registrations through the PMS system inclusive of onward generation of letter and email correspondences
  • Recording and reporting on identified bugs within the PMS system via client and user feedback
  • Handle all incoming calls and email traffic in relation to the PMS system. Ensuring that mandatory fields are accurate and up to date
  • Regular liaison and information sharing with Property Managers
  • Administration of online surveys of both existing and prospective clients. Inclusive of posting surveys and collating results
  • Provide full administrative support to Business Development Manager
  • Maintenance of templates for proposals and correspondence
  • Support in the preparation of proposals and tender documents
  • Organising mail outs to ‘existing’ developments

The ideal candidate will display knowledge and experience of the following:

  • A good understanding of the property management industry
  • Demonstrable experience within administration
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Highly computer literate
  • Excellent written skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise critical workload and work under pressure and strict time frames
  • Interpersonal skills with a firm understanding of what is required to provide a customer focused service
  • Strong organisational skills
