Our client is a global leader with operations in major countries across Europe, Middle East and Asia. They are a designer and engineer of high quality, reliable and performance driven aluminium systems, providing expert solutions and personal support for clients in the built environment sector. They are seeking for a Business Development Manager to join them!

Reporting to the Group director, you will cover the Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesian market. The primary objective will be to generate brand awareness, open new business opportunities and help position the business in the construction industry. You will lead the business development strategy in the region, leading client development and creating the right value proposition in the built environment sector. You will be developing and implementing the business plans for the financial year. Additionally you will identify, target and bid for new projects and actively peruse their execution.

To be successful for this role, you will have at least 10 years of experience in the Aluminium Curtain Wall/ Windows systems or relevant industries. You will have a strong network and industry presence allowing you to open doors for the business. You will have a proven track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level and have good commercial, interpersonal and communication skills. It would be advantageous to have a strong technical background as well.
