A specialist central London commercial practice is seeking a Property Manager to join their team, and assist very closely with institutional clients. The successful candidate will have exposure to office, retail and leisure assets across the Zone 1 patch of London.

The key duties will include:

  • Providing management for a central London portfolio of commercial assets, working very closely with the Landlord
  • Carrying out rent reviews, lettings and lease renewal programmes, rent/service charge and service charge budget planning
  • Reporting to the Head of Property Management
  • Contributing to the business development of the practice by seeking new sites and clients
  • Undertaking regular site inspections and meetings with landlords, contractors and tenants
  • Managing the professional and day-to-day matters and of tenants and their advisors

The role is well suited to candidate who is looking to utilise their existing Property Management skills in a specialist and boutique environment. My client is a long established Surveying practice who are the market leading in this particular area of London.
