Property Management Surveyor (Senior through to Associate)
Leeds City Centre
£35,000 – £45,000 plus benefits

Excellent opportunity to join a growing Specialist Market team in central Leeds. This company boasts a strong client base of Investors who possess large, multi-occupied sites across the North of England. The team requires a capable Surveyor to join, ensuring high standards of client service. Key duties will include:

  • To manage and take ownership of a portfolio of properties
  • Carry out regular property inspections, taking note of building defects and tenant alterations
  • Draft and present management reports to the client in face to face meetings, whilst directly reporting to the client
  • Ensure that all properties are compliant with Health & Safety requirements
  • Ensure service charge budgets and reconciliations are delivered in line with the client’s KPI’s and regularly update the property management system

Candidates will have a strong understanding of commercial property management whilst possessing a methodical approach to their work.
