Building Surveyor – Senior Building Surveyor – MRICS – Central London Office

Competitive Salary Package – £50,000 – 60,000 plus benefits.

Cobalt Recruitment has the pleasure of working with one of the markets leading property consultants who are currently looking for professional Building Surveyor’s to join its central London office at recently chartered to senior level.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in various aspects of the projects with values up to £10m. This includes professional services such as dilapidations, party walls, bank monitoring, contracts administration, planned preventative maintenance and project management on prestigious award winning refurbishments.

Building Surveyor requirements: * Degree qualified. * MRICS. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Professional Building Surveying experience.

* Experience working within a consultancy environment.
