Strong multi-disciplinary private practice based in Leeds City Centre is seeking a capable Assistant/ Chartered Building Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected Consultancy working on a range of mandates across the wider Yorkshire region.

Supporting a Senior Partner you will assist with on a variety of instructions, required to take gradual responsibility for your own work load and work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Dilapidation
  • Technical Due Diligence
  • Pre-Acquisition Surveys
  • JCT Contract Administration
  • Project Management

Key requirements:

  • MRICS or working towards this status
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
  • Prior Consultancy experience
  • Experience of working with Commercial & Industrial assets
  • High attention to detail with strong communication skills
