Client Accountant – Lettings
Kingston upon Thames
£28,000 – £33,000

Cobalt are currently working alongside a well known and successful Estate Agency / Property Management company who are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Client Accountant for a 12 month Maternity Cover to start as soon as possible.

Main Duties:

  • You will be responsible for the accounting of a portfolio who have agreed terms with both clients and landlords
  • You will deal with client and tenant queries as and when required
  • Manage the running of timely audits on landlord records
  • Production of proof of income and expenditure reports
  • Processing of card payments and ensuring the level of rent outstanding is kept to a minimum
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Personal Specification:

  • Previous experience within a Client Accounting function within a Lettings capacity
  • Be immediately available or on a short notice period
  • You will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to details and have a methodical approach
  • Be pro-active and enthusiastic in your approach to work
  • Highly proficient across MS Office Suite, inclusive of Excel
  • Previous Credit control experience would be desirable
