The Opportunity:

You will join a global player in the Media space as a Regional Legal Counsel responsible for Asia.

Reporting to the Head of Legal based in Europe, you will focus on a wide range of commercial and compliance-related matters such as, legal advice and support to the various teams in Asia in contract preparation, negotiation and debt collection matters as well as other corporate services including HR, sourcing, etc.

Requirements:

Strong ability to interact as a business partner within the business. You will ideally have gained commercial experience as a lawyer with a solid foundation and training in private practice, and potentially some in-house experience in technology or media space. You will possess the ability to identify business risk in a variety of commercial situations.
