Cobalt have been charged by a global real estate company to source Client Accountants for two of the regional hubs in Leeds and Birmingham.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in a similar role within the property industry with a proven track record in accountancy, ideally ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualified. Candidates should have a good grasp of the softer skills involved with a strong ability to build rapport effectively with clients, allowing for smooth business partnering.
