Our client is a dynamic, rapidly growing, medium sized project management and cost consultancy, based in London. This company is currently going through a period of growth, and thus require an experienced Project Manager to join its relaxed and fun-loving, yet professional team.

This company has recently won a number of significant construction and infrastructure projects, particularly within the Residential sector. Projects in the range of £5 million to £50 million within central London and the M25 boundary.

You will initially start on a large infrastructure project in Essex, before moving onto other exciting schemes of your own, dealing closely with the client and controlling the project teams. You will have a proven track record and involvement on projects with similar scale, as you will be responsible for the programme, contract and risk management process, from initial client brief, feasibility and planning, design and construction.
