Development Project Manager – Client side – Landmark £200+ million PRS scheme
North London

The Development Project Manager will be joining a small team in one of London’s top development companies who has lead the development of high profile city landmarks and urban renewal schemes transforming key regions of the capital.

Remuneration:

£60,000 – £65,000 + leading benefits + Bonus

Job Role:

The Development Project Manager will be joining the development management and project team overseeing a large urban renewal project. The current phase is focused on residential tower developments containing circa 300 – 600 high-end residential units both for the private sale and the PRS market. The Development Project Manager will oversee the 360 delivery of these schemes under a senior project manager and they are keen to have someone with some site experience who will be able to oversee and manage the main contractors on the project.

The ideal Project Manager will have come from either a main contractor, consultancy or developer background and have experience of large residential new builds valued between £50 million and £100 million.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Project Management or Construction related discipline
  • MCIOB, MRICS preferable but not essential
  • Solid experience heading up the deliver of large £50+ million residential lead projects
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
