Commercial Reporting & Planning Manager

Up to £90k + Pension + Bonus

Cobalt are currently working with one of the most prestigious real estate companies in the UK, which have some of the most well known buildings and locations as part of their wide, and varied portfolio.

The Finance team are looking for a Commercial Reporting and Planning Manager to join the Financial Planning and Analysis team in their London office.

This role will be pivotal to providing strategic finance support and business partnering across a number of influential teams.

The Role

Commercial Reporting and Financial Planning

  • Quarterly Reporting to the Senior Management across all aspects of the business, including the supporting commentary
  • Co-ordinating the forecasts, budgets and multi year planning cycles
  • Business Partnering across various teams such as Technology, HR, Marketing etc.
  • Participate in the year end close and providing detailed reports and analysis
  • Manage the production of Business Plans

Business Partnering

  • Working closely with the COO and various department heads, and challenging business decisions
  • Provide periodic performance updates, and ad-hoc analysis on opex spend, and present to senior management

The Person

  • ACA Qualified from Top 10 audit firm with significant post qualification experience
  • A proven active team member, with demonstrable achievements of driving forward change and new ideas
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships across finance and non finance stakeholders
  • Excellent academics
