Position: Construction Project Manager – client-side role
Location: London
Day Rate: 300 – 450 per day (LTD)
Duration: Initial contract duration of 12 months

We are seeking to appoint three client-side Construction Project Managers to work in a client facing role on a major project in London, total investment sitting at £500m +

To be considered for these opportunities you must hold demonstrable experience of the following:-NEC based (Option A and C) Contract Management experience, covering both Construct only and Design & Build contracts-CDM Regulations-DCO discharging processes for major infrastructure projects.-Full project lifecycle experience in managing projects across one or more of the following sectors;Utilities – Gas, HV cabling, substations, waterMicro Tunnelling / Sewer diversions (including Section 185 agreements)

Civils incorporating Roadworks, earthworks and remediation, M&E, buildings, excavation and drainage.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will take ownership of one of the above packages and manage multi-disciplinary teams through the design, procurement and construction phases. This will include day to day management of contractors, once appointed, as well as significant interface with client advisors and the wider programme management team.

You will be responsible across:-Programme-Design-Cost-Construction-Handover-Interface

-Contracts and compliance

To be considered for these roles, it is required that you:-Hold a minimum of a 2:1 degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, ideally either management or technical-Hold a professional qualification in Project management, such as MAPM or equivalent.-Hold experience of the delivery of infrastructure projects-Have knowledge of PMOs and Programme Support functions (Schedule, risk, cost, information management)-Be an excellent communicator (verbal, written and listening)
