We are currently assisting a Global Fortune 500 company to recruit for a Corporate Real Estate Regional Manager to to be based in Singapore. This role is a regional role that reports to the Global Head of Corporate Real Estate based in Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all the Real Estate projects in respective countries including facilities management, office relocation or expansion
- Manage external providers appointed by the company
- Come up with yearly budgets and initiatives for cost saving
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate/ Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years experience in Corporate Real Estate managing the region
- Hands-on with great project management skills
- Skilled communicator, able to drive things forward
