Cobalt is proud to partner with one of the Global Manufacturer of optical precision and scientific instruments to bring on board Senior Quality Engineer (Incoming and First Article).

In this role,

  • You will be responsible for directing and managing the Incoming Inspection activities and First article inspection
  • Establishes and implements product/part inspection methods, sampling plans, quality levels and defect classification/Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL)

To be successful in this role,

  • You will have Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the incoming quality and first article inspection
  • Knowledge of Quality Tools; 8D, Control Plans, Control Charts etc.
  • Expertise in applying engineering principles & analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve processes.
  • Knowledge of and ability to execute measurement systems analysis & variable data analysis.
